Antique Compass Set in Original Case and Good Condition. France, 19th Century

Great antique compass set composed of different golden brass and metal pieces. It comes from France and was made in the late 19th century, remaining in good condition. The set is composed of twenty-three pieces compasses, bow compasses, drawing-pens, accessories and protractors. The metal the utensils are made of preserves the wonderful patina created by the trace of time and use, a feature that fills this item with charm and authenticity. If we remove the tray we will find two protractors made of wood and brass, respectively. There is also a drawing-pen with bone handle. The case is made of solid wood with a black-lacquered outer finish and covered by velvet and satin inside.
