The garnish is notable for showing the head of a dog on one side, made with the utmost attention to detail. The steel blade is engraved at the top with the date: 1874, and is in perfect condition. This fantastic piece also comes with the original scabbard, in dark brown leather with brass reinforcements on the tip and rim. It has an old restoration that does not detract one piece of beauty, and it is totally genuine.
