Spectacular Danish Heavy Cavalry Sword, manufactured Ca.1750. It has a beautiful and original copper grip with vertical guard in the shape of a shield. In the center of the shield there is a dragon surrounded by a garland of beautiful manufacture. On the grip of this great sword we can still see the original twine, ending at the top with a Greek classic helmet. The leather is a little worn, which is quite normal after 250 years. The straight steel blade appears beautifully engraved with plant designs on top and on the reverse the letter K. On the back is engraved: Loret X. This is a completely original piece, in very good condition and beautiful. It is just spectacular. The sword measures 102 cm long and 86 cm only the blade.
