Great Spanish saber-sword model 1895 for Mounted Institutes (Cabalry units). It has an iron-garnished grip and carved wooden hilt, showing a net fixed by a central screw. The hilt is anatomic, so it adapts comfortably to the shape of the hand. The guard is complete, Prussian-style, but it shows a very original angular shape. The sleek and long curve blade is in good condition, although it has some light rust stains. At the top of the blade we find an engraved number: 14142. It comes with the original metal scabbard, with upper ring and reinforcement in the tip. Beautiful Spanish saber which will be delightful for any good sword collector.
