Amazing antique British naval dagger made in England in the late 19th century, entirely original and in very good condition. The dagger comes with its own antique scabbard and shows off an optimal condition as we can see in the photographs. The steel blade shows some slightly darkened parts, something logical considering that the dagger is more than one hundred years old. On the other hand, this patina provides the piece with quite a singular charm. The hilt mounts straight cross-guard with curved ends, showing an S-like shape. The grip combines black wooden pieces with brass elements, a combination of shades and materials that works finely from an aesthetical point of view. The scabbard shows the same mixture with black leather body and brass locket, chappe and ring. Just like the dagger, it is beautifully preserved. Every collection of antique weapons will be proud of this antique British naval dagger, a gorgeous piece in great condition. Measurements: Total Length: 22 in / 55 cm. Blade Length: 16.4 in / 41 cm.
