Antique Spanish bayonet model 1941, forged in Spain in the Arms Factory of Toledo. This singular piece is complete, with all its original component parts and its steel scabbard. Moreover, it is in very good condition: the steel blade looks shiny and even and shows no traces of rust or wear, and the hilt is also finely preserved. The grip mounts wooden grip plates with a hand-carved diamond pattern designed to improve the grip. The plates are attached to the base with rivets. The cross-guard includes a hooked quillon and a hole to introduce the guns barrel. At the blade, just under the cross-guard we can see the mark of the Royal Arms Factory of Toledo and the number 3428 E. The steel scabbard is well preserved too and bears its own serial number: 6833 U.
