This singular item is a silk-screen printing set for image reproduction, in its original wooden case and with all its components. It was made in Germany in the 1920-30s and comes in its storing suitcase. All the pieces of the kit are in very good condition and some products have not been used. This is a non-proffesional set, an amateur printer designed as a home printer; nevertheless, all the pieces are of good quality and let the user obtain good results. The set is stored into an ample wooden suitcase, outside lined with a cracked blue finish that imitates reptile leather. The case keeps the original metal handle and shutting hooks. At the base there is a sticker with the articles commercial name and the brand: Greif JUNIOR Stapeldrucker der Vieverfältiger fur jedermann, meaning Greif Junior Printer The reproducer for everyone. The base also has four circular black plastic legs. The suitcase contains all the equipment, perfectly organized and well preserved: from the original silk screen to the tray and the roller. The box is divided in different compartments so all the pieces can be organized when the work is finished. Inside we can see a wood plank with horizontal and vertical guidelines; a shiny and polished metal tray; a wide roller designed to extend and press the ink; the silk screen with black wooden frame; a brand-new ink tube, a used tube and a small bottle with a red stuff inside. The plank bears a rectangular blue sticker with the Greif logo and an inscription that indicates that the piece must only be used with screens and inks by the same manufacturer.
