Beautiful Ideal Typewriter, Year 1933. Working Like the First Day

Beautiful typewriter manufactured by the German brand Ideal in 1933. It retains the brand logos designed following the style of the 30's decade. This is an original piece that shows an open frame design, typical of the time, thanks to which we can see the mechanism inside through the side and rear windows. The machine has been cleaned, checked and greased, and works just like the first day, a fact that increases its beauty and interest.The conservation of the piece is also excellent. On the cart we can see the name of the brand in gold: Neumann Ideal, elegantly highlighting on the black metal. On the left and over the keyboard, there is a stylized circular logo containing the letters S N. These are details that revalue the piece and testify that this is an original, whose elegance matches its functionality.The keyboard is one of the most attractive details of this typewriter. The keys are white (except the one on the right top, in black with white lettering) and all are surrounded by a ring of bright gold metal. The fine black letters complete the set, as elegant as sober. The space bar, made of solid wood, deserves special attention for its originality. Some keys have spots or darkened tones, which are due to the use and the time passed.
