Original old Hammond typewriter made by Multiplex brand, manufactured in 1913. Its curious design, light and very rare, is joined by his perfect working order. All of it configures a truly exceptional object. In addition, the machine retains its original box, made of oak wood, which conforms to the base of the machine (made of the same material). The machine is very well preserved: the smooth and polished black enamel has scarce flaws, and logos and inscriptions are preserved almost like the first day. The keyboard is also very attractive, made of circular pieces in white, with black letters. A special feature of this typewriter is that it let the user write in two different fonts, something that distinguishes it from many others. Most keys are in very good condition, like the silver ring around them, with some exceptions which show some rust stains. The wooden base and the box are in good condition, but the finish of the wood shows some signs of wear. However, it is a minor damage which good restorer will have no problem to solve. At the base appears a round plate with the engraved brand logo. In addition, attached to the inside of the box there is a piece of the original instruction sheet in English and French. All these details just enhance the charm of this beautiful antiquity. A special find, perfect for becoming part of the most demanding collectors showcase.
