Antique Empire 2 Canadian typewriter made circa 1910, complete and with a gorgeous design. This item is original from the early 20th century, more than one hundred years old and preserving all its original component parts and pieces. The typewriter is in working order but it would be necessary to clean it, oil it and change the ink ribbon as it is dry. The carriage, although cracked, fulfills its duty: the paper can be mounted it moves forward when typing. The metal body preserves the original black enameled finish in good condition, smooth and even, with the golden lines and decals perfectly preserved. We can see two decals: a big-sized one on the lid which protects the typebars and a smaller one reading MADE IN CANADA on top of the keyboard. The black and white plastic keys are in good condition too, and so is the rear label with the brand patents. Every lover of old-time office machines will find an exclusive piece in this antique Empire 2 Canadian typewriter, an authentic and very special item.
